Plymouth City Council instructed Asset Heritage to provide advice on the heritage matters relating to emerging urban regeneration plans. This resulted in the production of a comprehensive Heritage Audit for the city centre, establishing the relative significance of the constituent buildings and spaces in the wider context of the city’s post-war plan and subsequent development. This wide-ranging project involved a variety of sources and analyses with the resulting report forming part of a wider suite of documents (retail studies etc.) informing the ongoing development and regeneration of this important urban area.
