Residential & Domestic
Asset Heritage’s residential projects include work for national housebuilders, smaller local developers, and private individuals. As well as preparing heritage evidence for local plan allocations, this can involve input into residential schemes within/close to conservation areas or within the settings of listed buildings and other heritage assets. Our input ranges from pre-application stage, through to application and, where necessary, to appeal.
As well as advising on new-build projects, we also work regularly with the private owners of listed buildings or properties within conservation areas, providing advice and heritage input into schemes for alteration or extension.
