Asset Heritage’s clients operate in a variety of sectors and range from private individuals to national housebuilders. As well as private-sector clients, we work regularly with universities, schools, and public-sector bodies.

Within all the sectors that we work, Asset Heritage provides advice on a wide range of heritage issues, including but not limited to: non-designated heritage assets; the likelihood of buildings being added to the statutory list; alterations to listed buildings; development within the setting of listed buildings; and development within or close to conservation areas
