Public Sector
Asset Heritage regularly works with public-sector clients, such as local authorities, NHS hospitals, and other public bodies. Such work includes providing advice regarding alterations and work to listed buildings or the redevelopment of sites in public ownership, as well as presenting evidence on behalf of local authorities at public inquiry. We also have experience of preparing wider area studies and conservation area appraisals on behalf of public-sector clients.
